We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any link to our website. You approve removing all links to our Website upon request immediately. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Prices, costs, and rates

• The pickups are executed at the time by Washpro with delivery prices and general terms in force when the booking is confirmed unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. All prices, including pickups, deliveries, or other charges related to the order, are payable. Prices for additional services or surcharges quoted on the website by Washpro are indicative prices and cannot be legally binding.
• The Customer shall always be liable to Washpro for all costs incurred, such as improperly calculated rates, measuring and weighing differences, and other legitimate expenses we charge.
• All prices, charges, financial obligations, amounts, and values are expressed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
• Tariffs for designer wear, high-end fabric-based clothes, or complex article pieces would be decided on a case-to-case basis. This pricing would be communicated to the customer directly at the store once the article has been examined by the experts present at the stores.The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.
• For Free Pick-up and delivery, Customers need to subscribe to different available subscription models; if not, pick-up and delivery charges may be applicable.
• Express/Urgent delivery of articles would be charged 100% extra over the regular tariff.
• Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.

Billing and Payment

• All invoices will be settled during delivery unless another period is agreed or another billing period is specified.
• Ensure to take the original bill, challan copy, or digital confirmation order slip after the due delivery of articles to be processed.
• Original bill, challan copy, or digital bill (for verification) must be presented when processed articles are delivered.
• Suppose the original bill or challan is lost or cannot be produced at delivery time. In that case, the delivery of the processed article shall be made to the owner only after verifying his/her credentials.
• Laundry deliveries will be made per the customer’s and Washpro’s representative’s decision.
• Any discounts, bonuses, fees, etc., are payable only if the customer has fulfilled its obligations to Washpro.
• The other party is legally in default if payment terms are not met. Without further notice, all outstanding debts to Washpro are immediately due and payable.
• If payment is not forthcoming or the customer is not creditworthy, Washpro can suspend the order. Washpro is then entitled to temporarily suspend the customer’s account until the customer fulfills the obligations.
• Billing disputes must be raised within 5 business days of receipt. Disputes must be in writing (electronic).
• The data entered by the customer into the website will be used to calculate the charge for the pickups and deliveries.

Complaints and Liability

• Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery; we would not be held responsible for any damages found after delivery of processed articles.
• If unsatisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should contact the store or the company within 24 hours for resolution.
• We are not responsible for fastness, color bleed, color running, shrinkage, embellishment damage, or embroidery work on the articles during processing.
• We follow a “No Claim” policy. All articles are accepted at the customers’ risk. We shall not be held responsible for damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry-cleaning process. We shall not be held responsible for articles damaged due to the aging process of inferior-quality clothes. If Washpro verifies that the clothes are damaged or lost, the client can claim up to 2500% of the value of the washed rate.
• At Washpro, we would try our best to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes; however, we cannot guarantee 100% removal. Customers will have no claim or right to ask for a deduction in processing charges.
• We shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, stains, etc., becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear and tear, and environmental exposure.
• We would not take any responsibility for valuables/articles/cash, etc., inadvertently kept in the articles that are mutilated or unrecoverable after processing.
• During processing, we shall not be held responsible for damaged ornaments or jewelry fittings on your clothes.
• If any piece of article or linen gets damaged during the processing for any reasons other than the ones outlined above, the compensation for the customer would be limited to 10 times the value of the charges specified to the customer for the processing or NPR 3000, whichever is lower.
• Washpro is not liable for faulty articles the customers provide.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chitwan District Court only.
• Washpro shall not be liable if the loss, damage, or delay is caused by:

1. Conditions that the Washpro could not avoid or incidences of Force Majeure and whose consequences could not have been prevented.
2. beyond 1 (one) month of the scheduled delivery date.

Refund Policy

• If you want us to return the articles to you due to a change of mind, excess weight, or any other reason, you are liable for collection and delivery charges. 
• A full refund or no charge will be issued for Washpro orders canceled before collection or before Washpro accepts your order.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any offensive links on our website, you are free to contact and inform us anytime. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• We will undertake the cleaning of the garments in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. Our various cleaning methods will vary from washing in Emulsifiers, Detergent, and Softeners to soft washing for delicate garments, Technologies like Perchloroethylene and Hydrocarbon.
• We are digitally active on all the social media platforms. We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
• Washpro Laundry House reserves the right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.

If the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
